The Tenant Voice Forums took place in February at five hubs in our North and Western communities. 134 tenants attended and shared their feedback and ideas on our service delivery and where we can make improvements.
The forums involved group discussions of ten questions that came out of the Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Everyone who attended was able to freely share their views on their communities and individual situations. This information was recorded and will inform our plans and actions, now and over the coming twelve months.
