Cyber security update – How we protect your data

Following the big data breaches at Optus and Medibank last year, customers around Australia have been understandably worried about their data and its security, known as ‘cyber security’.

As a tenant of ours, you are also our customer—and keeping your data secure is very important to us.

Link Wentworth would like to ensure you that we take cyber security very seriously. Here are some of the ways that we protect your data:

  • Protect all staff devices through multi-factor authentication and advanced threat protection
  • Regularly update our network with state-of-the-art monitoring
  • Keeping on top of industry trends and best practice methods. Any new improvements are promptly adopted
  • Encrypt all laptop data and data from our cloud servers

Most importantly, our IT Team ensures all access to customer data is highly restricted. Not only is customer information limited to a certain number of people, we have additional controls on how staff can access that information.
