2025 is shaping up to be a year of significant portfolio and asset development for Link Wentworth, with the following updates in these major projects:
Queenscliff-Landcom partnership update
Focused on delivering housing for women over 55 at risk of homelessness, this project will deliver 37 homes, comprising a combination of studios, one- and two-bedroom units.
Formerly home to the Queenscliff Community Health Centre, the site has been at the heart of the local community for more than 40 years, and our project represents an opportunity to build on that legacy and add value by offering new and diverse housing and lifestyle options.
After navigating a complex approval process, we are ready to deliver with work commencing early 2025 and delivery anticipated for late 2026

Community Engagement key to Rouse Hill development
As our Rouse Hill development with Construction team progresses, the community consultation events kicked off in November with a co-hosted community engagement BBQ. These events are aimed at fostering connection with residents and the development team, generating key conversations that will enable better housing outcomes – over some great food.
This event provided a valuable opportunity for residents to meet the project team and to have any questions or concerns about the project addressed by our team.
Once completed, the Rouse Hill development will deliver 33 new affordable homes just a stone’s throw from Rouse Hill Metro Station.
