Tenant Satisfaction Survey – first results in

The initial results are in, and we have had a massive response to the Tenant Satisfaction Survey from 44% of our residents, up from 26% in the 2021 survey. We are pleased to hear that your satisfaction has increased in key areas from 2021:

  • Overall satisfaction is 80% up from 75%
  • Satisfaction with the condition of your home is 78% up from 72%
  • Satisfaction with Repairs and Maintenance is 73%, up from 65%.

Our resident’s feedback is really important to us, it helps us understand what matters to you. It is an opportunity to learn how we can improve our services where possible and improve the lives of our residents.
 
This feedback is so important to us, we wanted the whole organisation to get involved, to reach out and deepen engagement with tenants. It has been such a fulfilling experience for our staff, many of whom aren’t usually client-facing, to be out in the field, interacting with all our amazing residents. We put on 55 local events and had over 75 staff in the field, visiting residents’ homes, putting on BBQs, and making phone calls. Having the whole organisation working together, with the same goal of hearing from as many residents as possible, has been truly transformative.
 
We are still waiting on the final report with more detailed results and will provide an update in our first newsletter of 2024.
