Your Tenant Advisory Group continues to do much important and interesting work.
The April 2024 meeting was held at Club Parramatta, with 25 tenants in attendance, and lunch provided afterward.
Meeting Highlights
● The policy on cleaning, maintaining and repairing common areas was reviewed. The details are set out in the amended Lawns, Grounds and Cleaning Fact Sheet available on our website at
● Margaret Maljkovic the Chief Customer Officer, stepped in for CEO Andrew McAnulty to give an update on new developments with Link Wentworth’s organisational structure.
● Jennifer Husman, Development Project Manager, and Sarah Reilly, a Social Planner, gave a detailed presentation on an upcoming development at108 Burdekin Road, Schofields, followed by a detailed feedback session, in which TAG members shared lived experiences and opinions on key considerations, including accessibility and design. The project is part of a large masterplan that is being developed with Landcom. It seeks to deliver 140 homes and this includes some community housing and affordable housing that will be provided by Link Wentworth. The project team is currently working on concept design and anticipate submitting to the Department of Planning for a State Significant Design Application (SSDA) mid 2024.
● Eva Gerencer, Chief Communications Officer, gave an update on planned celebrations for Link Wentworth’s 40th anniversary this year. Residents were invited to give the Communications team feedback for the Community Connect residents’ newsletter.
