Ways to pay: Have you tried Centrepay?

Centrepay is a voluntary bill paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. You can use Centrepay to pay your rent and bills, as regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.

Once you’ve set up a Centrepay deduction, money is paid from your Centrelink payment before you get it and sent to the business you want to pay.

We encourage residents to use Centrepay, because it saves you time and payments don’t get lost.

You are in control:

• You are responsible for managing yourCentrepay deductions

• You can choose when to start, change orstop using Centrepay

If you are making your payments by transfer or directly to a bank, please check your details are correct and include your reference number. If there is an entry error, payments can go missing.

If you do decide to pay this way, please check that the payment has been received.

We encourage payment methods such as Centrepay so that there is no danger of payments going missing. To register for Centrepay, contact us on 13 14 21
