Waiver and Release of Liability – Link Wentworth Housing

No Place Like ÐÇ¿ÕÊÓƵ Art Exhibition

By completing this form, you acknowledge that there is some risk in allowing your artwork to be transported for exhibition and that you will not hold Link Wentworth liable for any accidental damage that occurs to your artwork while it is being transported and exhibited.

You also give us permission to use images of your artwork to exhibit on our media and social media channels, with credit to you as the artist.

Legal terms of this agreement:
I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and forever hold harmless Link Wentworth Housing Limited (ACN 003 084 928) of Level 10, 67 Albert Avenue, Chatswood West, NSW 2067 (Link Wentworth Housing) and
employees of Link Wentworth Housing from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever in law and equity, occurring during, by or arising from participating in Link Wentworth Housing's art
exhibition, No Place Like ÐÇ¿ÕÊÓƵ.

I understand, acknowledge and agree that participating in the art exhibition, No Place Like ÐÇ¿ÕÊÓƵ could involve some risk to my artwork. I understand, acknowledge and agree that transportation of my artwork by Link Wentworth Housing could involve risk and danger to my artwork.

By accepting and signing this release, I hereby acknowledge that I allow Link Wentworth Housing to transport my artwork, to represent my artwork in a photograph, and to display the photograph of the artwork on a public website
and several social media platforms at my own risk. I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, discharge and forever hold harmless Link Wentworth Housing and employees of Link Wentworth Housing from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever in law or in and equity relating to the use of my artwork in the art exhibition and the transportation of my artwork.

I also allow Link Wentworth Housing to use the information in the No Place Like ÐÇ¿ÕÊÓƵ Application Form with the presentation of my artwork on a public website and several social media platforms.

I understand that the effect of this release includes holding harmless and releasing Link Wentworth Housing of any financial liability for any damage or theft of my artwork. I have carefully read the Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand and accept its terms, have had a reasonable opportunity to obtain independent legal advice.
