A State Significant Development Application for the project was lodged with the Department of Planning in Feb 2024 and was approved on 21 October 2024.

A key design objective was to maximise the public and private amenities for the residents.
The groundfloor breezeway is sheltered and designed with a native landscape with places to rest, relax and gather. The two rooftop community gardens also offer an internal community room and bathroom amenities.
The design has a strong focus on sustainability and is set to exceed the minimum standard and maximise user comfort.
Provisions for a fully electric building with solar panels on the roof and future proofed capacity for electric car and bike charging. Design maximises solar access and cross ventilation for the comfort of the future residents.
The project is well connected, with the North Ryde train station within 500m, project offers bicycle parking and car sharing opportunities.
