Designed by Custance Associates, the proposed development includes three two-storey buildings, which blend into the existing residential character of the street of Pennant Hills. Consisting of 10 units comprising of 6x – 1-bedroom units, and 4x – 2 bedroom units.
A Development Approval was received from Hornsby Shire Council in late 2024. Construction on site is anticipated to start mid-2025*, with an expected move-in date of 2026*.

The project is gas free, fully electrical and has provision for solar panels on the roof to save on energy costs.
The design maximises natural ventilation and provides ceiling fans to all living rooms and bedrooms. To further reduce energy consumption the development will implement energy-efficient fixtures, a electric heat pump hot water systems and high-star rating appliances.
The landscape design proposes to incorporate indigenous and low-water-use plant species.
